Why do we stream using the .ogg format

	We are streaming audio using the .ogg format. Most webradio stations use .mp3, but .mp3 has licensing and patent issues that we don't like. The .ogg format is a good quality open source format and hasen't those licensing and patent issues. Using the .ogg format perfectly matches with the spirit of Free Tekno and a Free Tekno webradio. 	the MP3 'codec' is owned by "Thomson Multimedia" and "Fraunhofer IIS-A". as they currently don't actively force everyone to pay. they in fact are within their legal rights to claim a fee for each time anyone uses an MP3 in any form.. (listening, distribution,etc..) OGG is OpenSource and is therefore free to the public (and its legally covered to stay this way). Anyone can use or even modify the codec and either send it back to the original makers or distribute it as an clone (and this version will have to be OpenSource as well)
